A logistics client is looking for a Tech Support to support onboarding and clients into Helix warehouse management system for a 12 month contract.
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and broad systems knowledge plus understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Actively co-ordinate all aspects of customer engagement IT related tasks such as onboarding clients and clarifying solutions.
- Provide interface between I.T, the functional organisation and where necessary customers.
- Execute and support onboarding of clients into Helix Warehouse Management System.
- Identify gaps in solution and identify potential enhancements, advising appropriate stakeholders of potential future pipeline activity.
- Provide level 1 & level 2 technical support to handle and resolve issues raised.
- Responsible for technically onboarding and supporting clients into Helix warehouse management system.
- Responsible for documenting requirements and solutions and verification/validation of business, organisational and operational processes when related to Helix Warehouse management system.
- Ability to take a leading role in customer projects where necessary.
- Documenting solutions when required to assist implementation and change management.
- Testing client onboarding solutions.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Must own tasks and issues through to resolution.
