About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded 180 Recruiter & Resourcer to join our Auxo Future Build – US team, based in Manchester. In this role, you’ll work directly with a highly experienced consultant who specialises in the Texas structural engineering market, supporting leading consulting engineering firms, design practices, and infrastructure-focused organisations across the U.S. You’ll play a key role in delivering talent into complex, high-value engineering projects, focusing on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top-tier professionals across the structural engineering space. This is a delivery-focused position with access to a strong pipeline of live roles, offering immediate exposure to a fast-moving and highly consultative market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and engaging structural engineering professionals across the U.S. (with a focus on Texas)
- Building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines across multiple seniority levels
- Conducting detailed qualification calls and interviews with candidates
- Supporting the full candidate journey from initial engagement through to placement
- Managing referencing and compliance processes
- Generating market insights and sales leads to support client development
- Building long-term, trusted relationships with candidates in a highly consultative market
