Technical Business Analyst (Telecoms)

A leading organisation is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive end-to-end analysis, documentation, and technical alignment across a portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives in the telecoms domain.
You’ll act as a crucial bridge between business and technology—translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and working closely with development, architecture, QA, and transformation teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit and translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation, including API specs, data flows, and integration plans.
- Analyse telecom systems (OSS/BSS) and data models, identifying areas for improvement or innovation.
- Run technical workshops and walkthroughs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use SQL and scripting tools for data validation and solution testing.
- Contribute to systems design, data modeling, and test case development.
- Support UAT, ensuring solutions align with business expectations.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5–10 years of Business Analysis experience in telecom or digital infrastructure.
