Auxo Advanced Engineering, part of the Auxo Talent Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Engineering division in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven consultant with a background in engineering recruitment across contract and permanent markets to join a globally expanding STEMX workforce solutions provider that is shaping the future of industry.

The Role

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Background in engineering recruitment (contract and/or permanent)
- Strong billing and delivery track record
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach
- Passion for building lasting client and candidate relationships
- A team player who aligns with our values and growth mindset
