About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Driven, ambitious and genuinely motivated by winning
  • Experienced in sales, business development or recruitment within an engineering environment
  • Ideally experienced within engineering recruitment, but technical sales professionals with a strong client network are equally encouraged to apply
  • Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and building long-term relationships
  • Commercially minded with a proven track record of generating new business
  • Naturally proactive, resilient and comfortable opening doors
  • Someone who brings energy, ideas and a desire to build something
  • Looking for a role where there is genuine opportunity to progress

You don’t need to live in Derby. We’re looking for someone who can be in the office two days per week, with flexibility around the rest of your working week.

What’s On Offer

  • Competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure
  • Hybrid working, just 2 days per week in the Derby office
  • Hybrid and Work From Anywhere opportunities
  • International incentive trips
  • Quarterly and annual performance incentives
  • Full training, development and career progression
  • A fantastic, supportive and ambitious team
  • The opportunity to build and grow your own client portfolio
  • Potential to develop and lead a team as the division grows
  • The backing and infrastructure of a growing global STEMx business

Why Auxo?
