We are looking for a skilled Cisco L3 Voice Operations Engineer to join a global voice operations team supporting enterprise-scale communications infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support across Cisco voice technologies, acting as a key escalation point for complex incidents and service improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 3 support across enterprise voice platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice and UC issues.
- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Escalation support for L1 and L2 teams.
- Root cause analysis and service improvement activities.
- Support operational readiness of new deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Track activities within ServiceNow.
Required Experience
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 12.x+.
- Cisco IP Telephony environments.
- Cisco Jabber and Jabber Mobile.
- SIP, H.323 and ISDN protocols.
- Session management and call routing.
- Cisco UCCX.
- Cisco Prime Assurance & Provisioning.
- Experience supporting enterprise voice and data networks.
