Are you an Site Services Manager seeking to join a well-established factory that has an excellent strategic development and vision in place? You will be leading Facilities & Utilities on site, driving reliability, efficiency, and smarter use of energy, water, and infrastructure, delivering leadership with a real impact across the business.
Day to day:
- Lead and develop a skilled engineering team
- Own performance of utilities & facilities systems (energy, water, HVAC, gas, ammonia)
- Deliver maintenance strategy and capital projects
- Ensure compliance with BOAS, Legionella control, LOTO, PUWER, hazards and wastewater effluent regulations
- Drive efficiency, sustainability, and cost improvements
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Manage Facilities sub contractors
Requirements:
- Engineering Electrical qualified to High Voltage level
- Experience in utilities, facilities, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (BOAS, Legionella, PUWER, LOTO, effluent control)
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
