We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting permanent Technology and Engineering recruitment assignments across the UK, Europe, and North America.
This is a delivery focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing high calibre candidates for a wide range of technical and engineering vacancies. Working closely with senior consultants and account managers, you will play a key role in executing recruitment campaigns and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking techniques.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across permanent vacancies.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across specialist technical disciplines.
- Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for client submissions.
