We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting permanent Technology and Engineering recruitment assignments across the UK, Europe, and North America.

This is a delivery focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing high calibre candidates for a wide range of technical and engineering vacancies. Working closely with senior consultants and account managers, you will play a key role in executing recruitment campaigns and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking techniques.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across permanent vacancies.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across specialist technical disciplines.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for client submissions.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support offer management, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS system.
  • Develop market knowledge across key technology and engineering sectors.
  • Ensure a high standard of candidate care and stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with consultants and business development teams to deliver against client requirements and project deadlines.
