Shifts: Monday - Friday Double Days (6-2 / 2/10). You will be required to work 1 in every 6 weekends with the following Monday and Tuesday off as rest days - Saturday 6:00am - 2:00pm and Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm.

Ideally, you have experience managing a team of engineers and will have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as food or FMCG. You will play a key part in minimising downtime, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
We are looking for a Team Leader with a proven track record in FMCG or Food Manufacturing to head up our shift engineering team. This isn't just a desk job; currently, 70% of the role is hands-on.
