Maintenance Supervisor Wednesday - Saturday (Days) £56,021 per annum plus benefits
Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor seeking to join a well-established food manufacturing site in an Oxfordshire market town? As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be 'hands on' and also support your team of engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of engineers on days
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns
- Provide hands-on mechanical and/or electrical maintenance support
- Plan and prioritise daily engineering activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and engineering standards
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Complete reports, maintenance records, and shift handovers
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical or electrical background (dual-skilled advantageous)
- Experience with PPM systems and breakdown diagnostics
- Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
