Our client currently seeks a Data Architect to join their dynamic team on an initial 3‑month contract. This role is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Azure-aligned data architecture and analysis experience (e.g., data lake storage, SQL engines, pipeline orchestration, cataloguing).
- Proficiency in data modelling and translating it into standards, metadata, and lineage artefacts.
- Proficiency in SPARX, Erwin or other similar modelling tools.
- Advanced data profiling, quality assessment, and rule specification for analytical fitness.
- Ability to design analysis‑ready structures and curated datasets for reporting use cases.
- Skilled in documenting schemas, dictionaries, flows, and decision records for reuse.
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills; familiarity with Azure‑centric tooling and practices.
- Effective collaboration across governance, engineering, and domain SMEs.
