A leading health & wellness brand is seeking a highly organised Export Account Manager to support its growing international operations. This is an onsite key role focused on export customer onboarding, order management, and regulatory compliance, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Export Operations
- Manage onboarding of international customers, ensuring full compliance
- Process export orders accurately from receipt to dispatch
- Act as a key contact for global customers, resolving queries efficiently
- Account Support
- Support key accounts with precise order processing and coordination
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery timelines are met
- Regulatory & Documentation
- Manage export documentation (e.g. Certificates of Analysis)
- Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations
- Liaise with Technical teams to maintain up-to-date records
- White-Label Coordination
- Oversee white-label orders from request to fulfilment
- Collaborate with Operations/Production to meet specs and deadlines
- Cross-Functional Working
- Partner with Sales, Ops, and Technical teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Identify and support process improvements
- Maintain high data accuracy across systems
- Experience in export coordination or similar role
- Background in a regulated industry (food, supplements, pharma, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation, and compliance
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple workflows
- White-label/manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of international supplement regulations
- Experience with ERP/order management systems
