Location: Remote in UK (no site travel)

Front-line operational support, particularly in venue based environments, with a proven ability to manage hyper care scenarios, rapid issue resolution, and out-of-hours support demands.

Independently lead deployments, new builds, and expansion projects across corporate offices, M&A, and JVs.

Manage the full lifecycle of network equipment — procurement, configuration, implementation, documentation, and decommissioning — ensuring compliance with client design standards.

Support the growth and stabilization of network infrastructure, assisting with design, configuration, and rollout of new regional sites and integrations.

Partner with global IT and cybersecurity teams to drive patch compliance, strengthen network security posture, and support infrastructure hardening initiatives.

  • ~2-4 years of working experience in a customer driven support role for an organization of our size
  • ~Understanding of network design theories
  • ~Knowledge of the TCP/IP network stack and OSI model
  • ~Knowledge and experience related to IT infrastructure preferred
  • ~Hands-on experience with IPsec fundamentals (IKEv2, PSKs, tunnel monitoring/health checks, primary/secondary behavior)
  • ~Experience working in repeatable rollout patterns across many sites (templates/runbooks, per-site validation checklists, documentation hygiene)
  • ~Prior knowledge of best practices regarding network deployments for our venues, offices and client locations.
  • ~Ability to provide both hands-on solutions and management of projects as well as deliver training
  • ~Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including VISIO and Excel
  • ~Flexible schedule required
