Our client currently seeks a Financial Manager to join their dynamic team on an initial interim basis (3 days a week). This role may require occasional travel to London.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in financial leadership
  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification
  • Experience of financial planning and of managing change processes
  • Solid understanding of financial systems and processes needed for an international organisation to succeed
  • Experience of reporting to boards and of supporting board compliance
  • Experience of developing and monitoring budgets of £3.5M or more, and assessing business performance
  • Solid accountancy experience, especially keeping records with QuickBooks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise key activities
  • Technically savvy and very comfortable using digital systems and technology for financial processes and team communication: MS Excel, Google Suite, etc
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to summarise data and insights succinctly and quickly
  • Experience of managing and supervising staff
