We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and customer-focused business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling inbound enquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels including phone, email, and LiveChat. You will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey, processing orders, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and LiveChat.
  • Process customer orders, payments, returns, and account updates accurately.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.
  • Manage customer complaints professionally and work towards positive outcomes.
  • Respond to customer reviews and feedback across online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and commercial campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, customer support, customer care, contact centre, retail, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, LiveChat, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Confident dealing with customer complaints and challenging situations.
  • Experience with CRM, order management, ERP, or e-commerce systems would be advantageous.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
