We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and customer-focused business. You will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey, processing orders, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and LiveChat.
- Process customer orders, payments, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
