As a Maintenance Engineer your role will involve: * Carry out regular maintenance and inspections on production machinery to help prevent faults and keep equipment running reliably * To assist in the development of predictive and planned maintenance systems for all production equipment and the implementation of those systems * Quickly respond to machine breakdowns, identify the cause of the issue, and complete repairs or arrange specialist support where needed * Set up, adjust, and change over machinery to keep production running efficiently and reduce downtime * Inspect and calibrate equipment to ensure it operates safely and meets quality and performance standards * Fault find in an effective and efficient manner whilst utilising the various machines relevant documentation * Ensuring that machinery is maintained, and repaired to a high standard * Work with production teams to identify ways to improve equipment performance and support more efficient processes Suitable Candidates: * Apprentice Trained Maintenance Engineer. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or any multi skilled engineering electrical * ONC / HNC in Engineering - or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge * Experience with electrical & mechanical maintenance - FMCG manufacturing * Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations * Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in the above role, APPLY NOW via the job board.
