Education Recruitment Consultant – Bedford Location: Bedford (2-3 days office-based, 2 days remote/client visits) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (Reduced hours during school holidays) Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission Holiday: 26 days annual leave + Uncapped paid leave after 2 years Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to join a high-performing, supportive team where your efforts are genuinely rewarded? You\’ll be working a hybrid model with flexibility between home, the office, and client visits – no two days are the same. What\’s on offer?
