Auxo are recruiting an experienced Team Leader (Drainage Services) for a university build project in Exeter. This is a hands-on role combining leadership with active site work, requiring the successful candidate to oversee all drainage installation activities while working alongside the team.
Duties include:
- Supervising excavation works
- Working in tight and confined spaces
- Checking levels and gradients
- Ensuring correct pipe laying, trench work, backfilling, and overall drainage infrastructure is completed to a high standard
Applicants must hold a valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card. Candidates must have previous experience leading a drainage or groundworks team on commercial or large-scale projects and have a strong understanding of H.
