A growing construction company based in the Corby area are looking for permanent Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead to work on a part-time basis (3 days per week - flexible).

This newly created role will take ownership of the recruitment function, supporting the business in attracting, selecting and developing the talent required to support continued growth.

Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, candidate will develop effective recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines and strengthen the organisation's ability to attract high-quality people.
