Content Executive North London, Finchley Permanent | Full time Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary: £26,500 (£27,000 after probation) The Role We are looking for a Content Executive to join a growing digital media business and support the day-to-day management of client content and account activity. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both people and technology. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure content updates are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities * Respond to client requests and queries via email and telephone. * Upload, schedule and manage digital content across client accounts. * Ensure content is accurate and follows client guidelines. * Maintain account records and update internal systems. * Support the delivery of digital campaigns and content updates. * Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalate where required. * Work with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained. Skills & Experience * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. * Comfortable using technology and learning new systems. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. * Previous administration, customer service, account support or content management experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
