This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a hot desk with strong existing relationships and immediate billing potential.

What We're Looking For:
  • Must have at least 12 months' experience in education recruitment
  • Proven billing history and ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (school visits required)
  • Passion for the education sector and making a difference

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage and grow a warm desk, placing teaching and support staff into primary, secondary, SEND schools and nurseries.
  • Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
  • Conduct school visits, client meetings, and candidate interviews.
  • Drive business development to expand your client base.
  • Work towards individual and team revenue targets in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Hours: Hybrid working 2/3 days home/office Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm (Reduced hours during school holidays)
