We\’re supporting a global insurance network with the appointment of a Reporting & Reinsurance Analyst to join their London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong financial reporting skills and an interest in employee benefits, multinational insurance, or reinsurance.
You\’ll be part of a high-performing team responsible for delivering financial insights to global clients, managing reporting cycles, and supporting reinsurance and pooling operations.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Producing detailed client reports covering premiums, claims, loss ratios, and programme performance (pooling or captive structures)
Collecting, validating, and analysing financial data from a global network of insurance providers
Explaining trends and variances to internal stakeholders and multinational clients
Supporting cession and claim recovery processes for reinsurance clients
Managing dividend settlements and deficit offsets for pooling clients
Attending client meetings to provide data-driven insights and answer reporting queries
Collaborating with underwriting, sales, and client management teams to ensure consistency and quality
Helping improve internal systems and reporting processesWhat We\’re Looking For
3-5 years\’ experience in insurance reporting, financial services, reinsurance, or employee benefits analytics
Solid understanding of claims, premiums, loss ratios, and financial reporting processes
Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working across international teams or with multinational clients
Knowledge of pooling or captive insurance models (preferred but not essential)Why Apply?
