Internal Account Manager is required for a fantastic state of the art manufacturing business in Langley Mill. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of between £28,000 - £30,000 p.a. dependant on experience.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will have experience of supporting all aspects of customer service and internal sales. Working with customers to maintain and improve services and support. Knowledge of working within a manufacturing environment is essential for this role.

Internal Account Manager Duties Include:
- Proactively contacting customers to ensure their business needs are met at all times
- Building rapport with customers
- Supporting the external Sales Account Managers
- Processing orders, invoices and credits
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries via the phone and email
- Providing pricing and delivery information
- Setting up new customers on the system
- Managing customer accounts via the ERP system
- Compliance with safety rules and policies
The suitable candidate:
- Worked within a manufacturing business as a Customer Service Representative, Internal Account Manager or Internal Sales Manager
- Strong customer service experience within an office setting
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in an organised and accurate manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the customers at all times
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
