HR Business Partner (Generalist) is required for global research technology company who are at the forefront of technology which helps to enhance people’s daily lives across its products. Based in offices in Cambridge, this role is hybrid working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. As HR Business Partner you will be part of a wider HR team, but this role is a stand-alone role when you’re on-site, so you will be responsible for the full HR generalist lifecycle. In reward for this position, you will be paid a salary up to £70,000 p.a. plus great bonus and benefit package. You will be responsible for providing a professional and comprehensive HR support service to c. 45 people on-site. This is a very hands-on HR generalist position for an HR expert who has a passion for and experience in technology organisations (ideally SME’s or startups). Working closely with the Head of department, you’ll help them understand and effectively implement policies, procedures and best practice.
