Auxo is proud to be partnering with a leading global provider of technical services to the wind energy sector. With a strong reputation for safety, skill, and innovation, the company supports major OEMs and energy providers with a full range of services across the lifecycle of a wind turbine.

As the business continues its international growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the commercial team and drive expansion into key accounts - particularly across the Warranty, Service, and Maintenance phases of turbine operations.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in securing new partnerships with OEMs and Energy Utilities companies. This is a strategic, solutions-led role focused on long-term value creation, not transactional sales. The successful candidate will identify, shape, and win new service contracts - particularly in complex work packages such as Heavy Lift, Campaigns, and Planned Maintenance, with both white- and blue-collar resource models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within target sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across OEMs and asset owners
  • Deliver compelling proposals and close high-value service contracts
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the wind/energy or related industry
  • Proven commercial success with a strong grasp of the energy or related experience
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with major utilities or OEMs in the energy sector
  • HND or equivalent qualification (degree preferred)
  • German language skills (desirable but not essential)

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior commercial role with significant visibility and scope to shape growth in a high-performing, forward-thinking business. For a confidential discussion or to express interest, please click apply and upload your up to date CV.
