This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a hot desk with strong existing relationships and immediate billing potential.
- Must have at least 12 months' experience in education recruitment
- Proven billing history and ability to manage a 360° recruitment desk
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (school visits required)
- Passion for the education sector and making a difference
Up to £40,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (flexible on the level of experience)

Manage and grow a warm desk, placing teaching and support staff into primary, secondary, SEND schools and nurseries. Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals. Conduct school visits, client meetings, and candidate interviews.
Hybrid working 2/3 days home/office, Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm, reduced hours during school holidays.
