Salary: up to £28,567.85, plus monthly bonus

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced individual to join one of the UK\’s leading providers of bespoke accident claims and mobility services for motorists based at our contact centre in Peterlee.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a motivated and engaged team of sales advisors and you will achieve this through weekly 121s, training, on the job coaching, continual performance feedback and quality monitoring.

You will act as a second point of escalation for our diverse customer base, keeping customer satisfaction and communication at the heart of your decisions and behaviours in line with our values.

About you

• First of all, you have at least 2 years\’ experience of working at a similar level of management within a contact centre environment.

• You display professionalism and have a pragmatic approach, with people at the heart of everything that you do, and your customer service ethos will guide you.

• You are a strong people manager and able to create a professional culture where people feel involved and engaged.

• You have excellent time management skills and can work in a fast-paced environment

• You possess excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

• Ideally, you have experience in a motor insurance, accident management or claim handling environment.
