Talent Acquisition Specialist – Focus on IT, Finance & Senior appointments

Location: Homebased with UK travel

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Sales Director – Claims & Services to lead our new business acquisition strategy within the motor insurance industry. Reporting directly to the Auxillis MD and working in close collaboration with FMG and FMGRS MDs, this role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and developing long-term client partnerships.

The role will focus on winning new business, shaping sales strategies, and managing key stakeholder relationships within the top 20 insurers, top 10 brokers, and existing MGAs. A strong commercial mindset, exceptional leadership, and extensive industry knowledge are key to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Sales Growth & Strategy – Develop and execute a new business sales strategy, set and monitor targets, negotiate contracts, and oversee bids and tenders.

• Market Insight & Development – Analyse industry trends, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand positioning.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Lead a high-performing sales team, represent the company at key industry events, update senior leadership on the sales pipeline, and ensure a standout customer experience.

About You

  • First and foremost, you’ll have proven sales and marketing experience within the motor insurance industry.
  • You will have track record of winning and retaining large accounts in a competitive market.
  • You have strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • You have strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive brand positioning and market influence
