Our Brent Cross branch is ideally located close to Brent Cross Shopping Centre and offers excellent access to the M1 motorway, making it easy to commute and well connected to the wider London area. This is a busy, diverse branch with a strong local presence, providing a fantastic opportunity to build your profile and make a real name for yourself in a large, high-performing London branch.
Life as a Team Leader at Auxillis is a busy, fast-paced place to be and, as Team Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, co-ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers. At heart, you’re a people person and, whilst you may set expectations high, you love to nurture those around you. You have a real talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time.
With your team of Service Delivery Drivers on board, it’s over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, getting the right vehicles to the right customers, just when they need it. Being a successful Team Leader in branch is really about using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude to get your team pulling in the same direction.
Whereas knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environment may be useful (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence of course), what is more important to us is the drive and personality you can bring to the role.
