We are seeking talented individuals that are excellent in their field of expertise and are posed with all potential and skills necessary to help us meet future business challenges.

Location: Croydon

Salary: £30,688 pa + Bonus up to £2,301 (pa OTE)

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours, Monday - Friday with rotating Sundays.

As a Team Leader, you play a key role in taking our award-winning service directly to customers' doors, skilfully making sure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

  • You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, co-ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
  • You have a real talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time.
  • With your team of Service Delivery Drivers on board, it’s over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site.
  • Being a successful Team Leader in branch is about using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others, and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Whereas knowledge of vehicle rental or a similar logistics environment may be useful (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence), what is more important to us is the drive and personality you can bring to the role.
