As a Team Leader, you play a key role in taking our award‑winning service directly to customer’s doors – skilfully making sure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

Not only is it fresh and inviting, this state‑of‑the‑art facility is our biggest yet, boasting 9 ramps to keep you moving with unparalleled efficiency. But that’s not all – we’re also proud to have Auxillis running out of this location, making it a fully integrated branch where all your vehicle hire and accident management needs are covered under one roof.
Life as a Team Leader at Auxillis
An Auxillis branch is a busy, fast‑paced places to be and, as Team Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, co‑ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
At heart, you’re a people person and, whilst you may set expectations high, you love to nurture those around you. You have a real talent for creating a productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time. With your team of Service Delivery Drivers on board, it’s over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, getting the right vehicles to the right customers, just when they need it.
Being a successful Team Leader in branch is really about using your customer service know‑how, talent for motivating others and your calm, ‘can‑do’ attitude to get your team pulling in the same direction. Whereas knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environment may be useful (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence of course!), what is more important to us is the drive and personality you can bring to the role.
