The Role As an NEC Project Manager with Auxilium, you'll administer NEC contracts on major infrastructure and energy projects β€” including nationally significant schemes in the renewable and low-carbon sector.

Auxilium promote independent and impartial decision-making to minimise pathways to dispute.

We will sponsor the right candidate through a postgraduate qualification in construction law and support you to chartership.

What you'll own End-to-end administration of NEC contracts β€” communications, notifications and deadlines Programme reviews and acceptance decisions: logic, float, time risk allowances, Key Dates The full compensation event process β€” notification through quotation assessment to implementation Early warning notifications, meetings and register Contract reporting to clients and senior stakeholders Chairing progress and contract meetings with Contractors, clients and designers What you'll bring A degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or a related technical discipline 6+ years' industry experience, ideally in construction project delivery Main contractor or self-delivery contractor experience A postgraduate qualification in construction law β€” or the commitment to achieve one, supported by us Knowledge of the NEC suite and its mechanisms The discipline and organisational skills to operate within prescriptive contractual timescales Desirable Membership of a professional body (RICS/ICE) NEC ECC PM Accreditation Worth knowing: this is an office and site-based role β€” working from home is by exception.
