Project Support Permanent, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours on site Warrington, WA3 7BH

Administration experience essential – but not specific to Print or Project management.

Key activities will involve but not exclusive to:

  • Support Project Manager in administration tasks during project rollout
  • 1 Year Administration experience
  • Commissioning Installation/Delivery/Move/Collection/Training services from specified HP suppliers
  • Disposal of unwanted equipment
  • Manage Project Documentation Repository
  • Produce Certificate of Acceptance (COA) documents for customer signature. File and distribute signed copies.
  • Support handover to Account Delivery Managers (ADMs) of sites/phases where transition is complete
  • Support Project Manager with Administrative tasks e.g. minute taking, meeting set-up
  • Participate and make a positive contribution to Project planning, co-ordination and review meetings as required to successfully deliver the project
  • Support Project Managers (PMs) to manage and close project risks and issues
  • Administration of central repository
  • Document Management - Reporting - Producing and publishing consolidated reports
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence for mailbox
  • Logistics (tracking/planning)

What experience will you have:

  • Knowledge of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Teamwork
