We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support for key business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and users receive high-quality support.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day support for business-critical applications, with a focus on Navision.
- Troubleshooting application-related issues raised by end users and documenting solutions within the service desk system.
- Performing routine maintenance and configuration to supported applications.
- Taking full ownership for managing and resolving support tickets from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in an Application Support, IT Support, or similar role.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service.
- Exposure to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
