Auxilia Group Recruitment is recruiting an experienced
ERP Financials Consultant on behalf of our client .
This is a permanent, remote role for candidates based in the UK.
Regular travel to client sites throughout the UK is required as part of the role and occasional travel to Ireland may also be required from time to time, with all business travel expenses fully covered.
This is a hands-on consulting role where no two projects are the same.
One day you could be working with a Finance Director to redesign a financial process.
The next, you could be configuring Epicor, solving a complex functional issue, supporting a go-live or identifying an opportunity to automate a process.
You'll become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand what's possible with Epicor and more importantly, how to make it work for their business.
Key Areas of Expertise That Will Set You Apart
Epicor Kinetic, Epicor BAQs, Business Process Management (BPM), Epicor dashboards, Epicor integrations and APIs, Financial reporting and analytics, Multi-company environments, Manufacturing or distribution businesses, ERP transformation programmes, International finance environments, Accounting or finance qualifications.
You don't need to tick every box.

Responsibilities
You'll take ownership of the functional side of Epicor ERP, working across projects, implementations and ongoing optimisation.
- Lead the functional delivery of Epicor ERP Financials across implementation and improvement projects.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, you'll analyse business requirements, design and configure Epicor solutions, resolve complex functional challenges and identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve business processes.
- Support core financial processes including: General Ledger; Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; Fixed Assets; Cash Management; VAT / Tax; Budgeting; Financial Reporting; Multi-company and multi-currency.
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, data migration and go-live activities.
- Support integrations between Epicor and third-party solutions and work alongside technical consultants and developers on integrations and system enhancements.
- Produce process documentation, functional specifications and training materials.
- Provide training, guidance and knowledge transfer to clients teams.
- Act as a trusted Epicor advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with new Epicor functionality and identify where it can add value.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP Financials or an equivalent ERP system.
- A solid understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Experience configuring ERP financial modules.
- A track record of delivering ERP implementations, upgrades or optimisation projects.
- Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- A good understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and month-end processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- The confidence to work directly with senior finance and business stakeholders.
