This is a permanent (hybrid) opportunity based in West Midlands. Occasional travel to client sites across Ireland and the UK will be required.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows Epicor Financials inside and out, enjoys solving problems and helping organisations scale and get more from their Epicor investment.

This is a hands-on consulting role where no two projects are the same.

One day you could be working with a Finance Director to redesign a financial process.

You'll become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand what's possible with Epicor and more importantly, how to make it work for their business.

Epicor Kinetic, Epicor BAQs, Business Process Management (BPM), Epicor dashboards, Epicor integrations and APIs, Financial reporting and analytics, Multi-company environments, Manufacturing or distribution businesses, ERP transformation programmes, International finance environments, Accounting or finance qualifications.

What matters most is that you have strong Epicor Financials knowledge, a practical approach to consultancy and a genuine desire to help businesses work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

You'll take ownership of the functional side of Epicor ERP, working across projects, implementations and ongoing optimisation.

Lead the functional delivery of Epicor ERP Financials across implementation and improvement projects.

Support core financial processes including: General Ledger; Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; Fixed Assets; VAT / Tax; Financial Reporting; Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, data migration and go-live activities.

Produce process documentation, functional specifications and training materials.

Provide training, guidance and knowledge transfer to clients teams.

Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP Financials.

A solid understanding of accounting and finance processes.

Experience configuring ERP financial modules.

A track record of delivering ERP implementations, upgrades or optimisation projects.

Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills.

A good understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and month-end processes.

The confidence to work directly with senior finance and business stakeholders.
