A growing international Professional Services / Management Consultancy in London is hiring a Senior Events Executive to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The organisation has grown from 180 to 250 employees in the last two years, with significant growth plans ahead. Events are central to their brand positioning, client engagement and commercial development — making this a high-visibility Professional Services Events Executive role working closely with senior leadership.

You will manage approximately 18 events per year, including company summits, roundtables, client breakfasts and webinars. As an international consultancy, 2–3 events annually take place in North America or mainland Europe, offering global exposure rarely seen at this level. This role would suit an Events Executive from a Professional Services or Management Consultancy background who enjoys combining strategy with hands‑on delivery and wants clear progression as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Events Executive

  • Deliver internal and external events end-to-end within a Professional Services environment
  • Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, AV and production
  • Create event materials and presentation collateral
  • Support event marketing to maximise attendance and engagement
  • Ensure seamless on‑site execution and problem solving
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the London office and wider business

  • 2+ years’ experience as an Events Executive within Professional Services or Management Consultancy (essential)
