A growing international Professional Services / Management Consultancy in London is hiring a Marketing Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The organisation has grown from 180 to 250 employees in the last two years, with significant growth plans ahead. Marketing is central to their brand positioning, client engagement and commercial development - making this a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership.
This role would suit a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager from a Professional Services or Management Consultancy background who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on delivery and wants clear progression as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager- Develop and drive strategic marketing plans and budgets aligned with firm-wide goals
- Partner closely with senior leaders to craft powerful messaging, thought leadership, insights, and content (including copywriting, editing, and proofreading)
- Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, web, events, and more
- Analyse performance data to refine activity, boost efficiency, and deliver measurable impact
- Coordinate external agencies/suppliers and ensure consistent, high-quality, globally aligned execution
- Support event design and delivery in collaboration with the Events team
- Research and enhance business development processes
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing within Professional Services or Management Consultancy (essential)
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a corporate environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and disciplines simultaneously
