An award-winning healthcare communications agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager or a strong Senior Account Executive ready to step up, to join their growing team.
The Role
You'll take ownership of day-to-day client relationships, driving strong account management across a range of healthcare and life sciences clients. Working closely with internal teams, you'll oversee project planning and delivery, contribute to strategic recommendations, and play an active role in new business activity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact
- Proactively identify client needs and provide strategic communications recommendations
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of client projects
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Contribute to new business pitches, proposals and organic account growth opportunities
What You Need
- At least 3 years' experience in a healthcare communications agency environment
- A genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences or pharmaceuticals
- Ideally experience with Veeva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A degree in life sciences, communications, marketing or a related field is preferred
