The role offers remote flexibility and the flexibility to travel to the office weekly or monthly for pivotal senior leadership meetings.

To be successful in this role you will be dynamic, self‑driven and proactive with a commercial mindset, adaptable with a focus on efficiencies, a qualified finance professional with experience in high‑growth or startup environments and rapid scaling business models, ideally within a Saa S company, comfortable interacting with the management team and equally able to roll up sleeves when needed, and you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role and grow with the company to achieve its strategic plan.

Reporting to the finance leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing global finance operations, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, governance, and the implementation of scalable systems to ensure the financial health of the organization.

You will work closely with the rest of the senior management team and the business to drive financial performance and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support Senior Finance with the day‑to‑day running of the finance function.

  • Oversee Global Accounting Operations
  • Support the wider team with international expansion and ensure financial compliance in new markets.
  • Manage the finance team.
  • Manage all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Support the annual group budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
  • ERP & Systems Implementation
  • Support the CFO implementation of a new ERP system.
  • Group Consolidations, Financial Reporting & Governance
  • Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Treasury, Taxation, Audit & Global Compliance
  • Own global corporate tax compliance, with a strategic focus on optimisation.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
