About You
We're seeking an experienced finance professional who enjoys working with entrepreneurial people and can deliver successful outcomes in a hybrid working environment.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred).

Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and commercially focused financial support across the business.
This is a broad, hands-on position where you'll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day operational finance responsibilities. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide valuable financial insight that helps drive informed business decisions and supports continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day finance function and finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Leading the monthly management accounts process, including month-end close and reporting.
- Overseeing all core accounting activities, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Producing accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitoring and managing cash flow to support operational requirements and future planning.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial models to support business performance.
- Maintaining effective financial controls and continually reviewing processes for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax legislation and statutory requirements.
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Acting as the key contact for external auditors, accountants and regulatory bodies.
