A commercially sharp and people-oriented Partnerships Director / Channel Director / Commercial Director will join this specialist ERP software provider to build a partner-channel function and help shape the commercial strategy of a growing ERP SaaS business.

- Privately owned, founder-led business with an excellent reputation and strong vertical differentiation
- SaaS ERP solution – vendor – not a reseller. A highly configurable solution with an exciting, innovative development roadmap.
- Clear growth ambition, including building a VAR / reseller / partner channel alongside direct sales

The person:
- Minimum 8 years experience in B2B technology partner sales, ideally ERP or closely aligned complex SaaS solutions
- Proven experience building, scaling or operating within a partner channel / reseller ecosystem
- Strong commercial judgement across pricing, packaging, contracts, renewals, account expansion and deal governance
- People-oriented leader with credibility to hold others accountable and build strong partner / internal relationships
This organisation has a work from anywhere policy. The role will require a mix of remote, face to face, partner and customer / commercial meetings. There are regular team meetings, usually in London.
The package includes a Basic salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000, a 20% to 25% bonus and meaningful equity participation. Year two earnings of £100,000 to £150,000 may be achievable depending on performance, commercial impact and progression.
