Autumnal Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Secondaries Private Equity firm searching for an associate in their Performance Analysis team. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Investment, Product, Investor Relations and Operations teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in fund performance oversight, valuation, financial reporting and investor analysis, helping to drive operational excellence across a growing and dynamic platform.

This position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives and the chance to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end NAV oversight across a range of investment products, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across multi-currency fund structures.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers including fund administrators, valuation specialists, auditors and other operational partners.
  • Oversee internal valuation processes, ensuring robust controls and governance.
  • Coordinate annual audits and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver performance reporting, liquidity forecasting, portfolio modelling and investor materials.
  • Develop insightful management reporting to support investment and business decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies and technology enhancements across the finance function.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to investors and stakeholders.

This role will be an excellent fit for strong Private Equity fund accountants keen to move into a more analytical role. You will have a passion for technology (experience in Efront or similar required), and working with large data sets whilst also looking for possible process improvements. Applicants should be qualified with c5 years post qualified experience, have knowledge of fund valuation methodologies and accounting standards with strong financial modelling experience.
