Autumnal Partners is exclusively partnered with a boutique high growth PE Fund to appoint a Portfolio Reporting Analyst within a fast-growing Sustainable Infrastructure platform. This is an analytically focused role, suited to candidates who enjoy working close to assets and investments, with a strong emphasis on financial modelling, portfolio analysis, and investor-grade reporting.

Reporting into the Fund Finance Director, this role sits at the intersection of portfolio reporting, valuations, and performance analysis. You will support a flagship infrastructure strategy, working alongside investment professionals and portfolio companies to deliver high-quality financial, management, and sustainability reporting.

Success will depend on intellectual rigour, modelling capability, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insight for senior stakeholders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and enhance portfolio reporting across a diversified infrastructure investment base
  • Build, maintain, and review investment valuation and fund return models, including capital structures and waterfall analysis
  • Perform performance and scenario analysis for existing and prospective investments
  • Review reporting from portfolio companies and external administrators, driving improvements in quality and consistency
  • Support production of fund management accounts and audit processes
  • Contribute to best-practice sustainability and ESG reporting across the portfolio
  • Act as a key analytical partner to fund controllers and investment teams

We are searching for ACA or equivalent qualified candidates with c0-3 years post qualified experience; you could come straight out of practice if you have sufficiently strong modelling experience. You should have exposure to private equity, infrastructure, or real assets environments. This could work as an excellent entry point for someone with an accounting background with modelling bolt on but keen to work in a portfolio analytics function.
