A leading global investment firm is seeking a qualified ACA / ACCA Senior Associate to join its Group Finance team in London. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to take ownership of key areas of group reporting within a complex, international business.
The Role
- You will play a central role in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, owning key elements of the consolidation process and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead elements of the group consolidation and reporting process
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis and insight to senior stakeholders
- Support and manage the audit process, acting as a key contact
- Contribute to group accounting policy development
- Drive improvements across processes, controls, and systems
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Assist with technical accounting matters and acquisition accounting
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
About You
- Fully qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) with an outstanding academic record
- 3–5 years’ post-qualified experience in group finance, reporting, or audit
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and consolidation experience
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Experience in a complex, multi-entity environment is advantageous
