Autumnal Partners is exclusively partnered with a leading global alternative investment manager to appoint a Director, Fund Reporting in London. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished fund reporting professional to take ownership of a fast-growing Evergreen funds platform, operating at the intersection of technical excellence, transformation, and stakeholder leadership.

Reporting to the Global Head of Fund Reporting, you will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the delivery of monthly and ad-hoc reporting across multiple Evergreen strategies. The role combines hands-on technical depth with strategic oversight, supporting investment, treasury, group finance, and regulatory stakeholders in a dynamic global environment. This role calls for intellectual rigour, commercial judgement, and the ability to scale people and processes in line with business growth.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end Evergreen fund reporting, including NAVs and factsheet production
  • Drive automation and process enhancement initiatives to improve accuracy, control, and efficiency
  • Act as senior interface with third-party administrators and fund auditors
  • Support investment committee activity, treasury analysis, and borrowing base/compliance requirements
  • Oversee reporting for group finance and respond to investor and internal stakeholder requests
  • Design and maintain a robust controls framework across reporting activities
  • Build, coach, and inspire a growing team of fund accountants

Ideally we’re looking for experienced Private Credit/Debt fund accounting professionals; if they have open-ended fund experience, it is helpful but not the be-all and end-all. You must have an excellent career track record demonstrating consistency of excellence and upward trajectory. The platform is growing at a tremendous pace – being able to stay focused, managing multiple threads across operational development, new commercial elements coming into play, and a changing regulatory landscape will be necessary. Communication skills will also be key – being able to develop a team, manage relationships with the investment professionals and the managing directors across the business.
