Overview

Autumnal Partners is representing a leading global private markets investment firm in their search for a Fund Controller in London. With in excess of £50bn AUM and a strong international presence across Europe, North America, and Asia, this is an opportunity to join a market leading brand delivering exceptional returns across Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Private Credit strategies, focusing specifically within their Private Credit team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly NAV processes, including carried interest & waterfall calculations
• Review LP drawdowns, distributions, and capital account flows
• Analyse fund and investment-level performance metrics (IRR, DPI, MOIC)
• Contribute to automation, digitisation, and process standardisation projects
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Deal Teams, and international offices to meet bespoke reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 4–7+ years’ experience in private fund accounting, fund administration, or audit with specific experience in private credit
• Strong knowledge of fund mechanics, LP reporting, and private markets structures
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
