Impact PE Fund Manager - Fund Control/Portfolio Reporting Analyst - £70k-£80k + Bonus

Autumnal Partners are currently searching for a Fund Controller/Portfolio Reporting Analyst for a boutique Impact Investment Private Equity Fund to support the delivery of best-in-class investor reporting and fund oversight.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring accurate, insightful, and timely reporting to institutional investors and boards, while strengthening the fund’s accounting and governance framework. As part of a growing finance team, you’ll help drive transparency and accountability across a diverse portfolio of impactful investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund administrators to ensure high-quality delivery of fund accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to review and enhance financial reporting processes.
• Review fund accounts prepared by administrator and prepare investor reports around fund performance, ensuring accuracy and clarity for stakeholders.
• Support audit processes and ensure timely completion of regulatory and board reporting.
• Assist with investment performance analysis, valuations, and fund return modelling.
• Enhance sustainability and ESG reporting standards across the fund’s investments.

Applicants should be ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 2-3 years\’ post-qualification experience in fund accounting for LP/GP structured funds. You must also have reasonable Financial modelling proficiency.
