Autumnal Partners is partnering with a leading Private Equity fund to hire a Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to join a high performing Private Fund manager which is growing rapidly and currently running a number of transformational projects for the function.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual management accounts under IFRS/UK GAAP.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis for the management company.
- Produce board packs & management information for senior leadership.
- Oversee cashflow management, working capital & expense control.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors & regulatory bodies.
- Improve processes, controls & reporting systems
- Staff management and development
Applicants should be qualified accountants with likely 3-5 years PQE and have experience in working for Private Equity or alternative investment fund managers.
